Joan V.- A poet, writer, and creative. Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx borough of NYC. She is a proud Bronx native and desires to combat the social burdens impacting her borough and community. As a Latina, the art of expression is part of her identity. She uses her love for poetry as a method to combat injustice and catalyze change. Joan attained her graduate degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. She is currently working as a Crime Analyst in NYC, while finalizing her poetic chapbook titled, “Our Soapbox." Joan is also the creator of Poetic Pottery, a series of clay creations relating to her revolutionary poetry

Sonia M. - Certified Life Coach who helps women on their self-development journey uncover the thoughts that are holding them back. She guides her clients through personalized coaching sessions focused on the obstacles and challenges they are facing, leaving self-doubt and procrastination behind, and finding their place of empowerment to ignite transformation.

Katia L. - Financial Education. First generation immigrant who moved to the US at a very young age. Growing up in humble backgrounds, I experienced financial hardships that inspired me to pursue a career in the financial industry. > Money issues are a extreme concern in almost every house and it is my mission to educate, empower and teach financial concepts on how money works and how to create financial stability to our underserved and low income communities so that we can reach our financial goals for our future, our families’ future and the generations to come

Your vision board can have and be whatever you want it to be. Bring your supplies, drinks, snacks, and lets have some fun.
